Your custom rehabilitation plan includes a full medical evaluation, prescribed exercise, education and counseling.

Pulmonary rehab is conducted Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Special hours can be arranged.

How Can I Get Started?

Getting started on a medically based pulmonary rehab program is one of the best decisions you can make for your health. Total Health is pleased to work with you.  To begin you will need:

  • A written prescription from your doctor.
  • Physician ordered Pulmonary Function Test (PFT).
  • Recent medical records.

Fortunately, most insurance companies recognize the benefits of pulmonary rehabilitation and cover these services. Please contact your insurance provider if you have questions about your specific coverage. In many cases, Total Health files your insurance for you, as an added benefit.
